Let's Talk
Demystifying Wellness & Woo

Let's Talk is part of the Weekend of Wellness, Women and Woo (WOWWW) -
a weekend celebrating women, embracing wellness and exploring woo.
Sunday 27th September | 10am – 12pm
Old Net Loft, Brighton
£15 per ticket
Have you ever heard someone talk about hypnotherapy, sound healing or acupuncture and wondered:
"What actually is that?"
Perhaps you've been curious about trying something new but felt unsure about what to expect and didn't want to reach out for fear of feeling obligated to book something. Or maybe you've even been intrigued by something but though "No, that's too 'woo' for me".
Let's Talk has been created to demystify wellness and woo practices in a relaxed, welcoming and judgement-free environment, exclusively for women.
Whether you're completely new to these practices or are well versed in the world of wellness and woo and simply want to learn more, this is an opportunity to hear directly from experienced practitioners, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of the many different ways people support their wellbeing.
What to Expect
Hosted by Nush from YB Aligned, Let's Talk will take the form of a relaxed panel discussion featuring a range of wellness, wellbeing and 'woo' practitioners.
Each practitioner will share insights into their work, including:
-
What it is
-
How it works
-
What a typical session looks like
-
Common reasons people seek it out
There will also be the opportunity to ask questions and explore any areas you're curious about - No question is too basic. In fact, that's exactly what this event is for.
