Movement & Alignment Awarenss Coaching
Before booking a session, workshop or course, it’s helpful to know something important: I’m not here to fix your body. Firstly - Your body isn’t broken, it has simply adapted over time, sometimes in a way that is not optimal for everyday life.
Secondly, my role is to help you understand how your body currently aligns and moves, and guide you in exploring new options that may have been lost along the way. Together we look at how different parts of your body organise themselves, noticing where joints may not be moving as freely as they could, where alignment may have shifted, or where other areas may be compensating.
Through simple, awareness-based movement and alignment practices, we gradually expand your body’s “movement menu”. Often the changes are subtle, but the difference they can make over time can be surprisingly big.
How It Works
Your movement & alignment journey actually begins before we meet. Before your session, I’ll ask you to send a few simple photos and a short walking video. This allows me to begin observing how your body currently aligns and moves.
Then, during the session, we’ll undertake some further assessments which allow me to further understand your body, including an electronic foot plate readings for in person sessions. Throughout the session, I will explain what is happening in your body so that you have a better understanding of your starting point.
From there, we’ll introduce small, targeted movement and awareness practices designed to give your body new options. An important part of the process is learning what to notice in your own body. Developing this awareness helps you understand how your body responds and supports lasting change.
After the session, you’ll receive a simple personalised practice plan so you can continue exploring these movements at home. Real progress often comes from gentle, consistent practice over time.
This isn’t about forcing change or chasing “perfect” posture. It’s about helping your body rediscover options it may have lost along the way, so movement can begin to feel lighter, easier and more efficient.
Where We Work
Most sessions take place in my home studio in Saltdean, where we can work hands-on and use tools like a foot pressure scan to analyse weight distribution. If you’re not local, online sessions are also available. We simply adapt some of the assessments so they work well remotely.

Initial Consultation & Movement Session
Your initial session includes an in depth consultation, thorough assessments and some initial practices.
Prior to the session, I will carry out a posture and gait analysis before the session from photos and video footage. Then, during the session, we will go through a medical history review, full body assessments to identify movement limitations and alignment patterns, and foot scans using the Footwork Pro Pressure Plate.
From these, I will create a personalised plan of practices which we will go through in the session and you will continue with at home.

Follow Up Movement Session
During follow-up sessions, we'll assess your progress, including new foot scans for in-person clients, and adjust your exercises based on how your body has changed. These sessions help fine-tune your alignment, track improvements, and keep you moving forward toward your goals.
