Posture 101 is designed to help you understand and improve your posture - not just when standing still, but in how you move every day.
Rethink Posture
This isn’t about “standing tall” or pulling your shoulders back. Posture is about how your body organises itself and adapts to movement. Injuries, repetitive habits, and daily routines can stop joints from moving well and gradually pull us out of alignment. Even small restrictions, like a stiff big toe, can ripple up through the body and affect how we move and feel.
This interactive, hands-on workshop helps you explore how your body is designed to move and align, restoring mobility, strength, and balance.
In the Workshop You’ll:
