Forget the old-school advice about “standing tall” with shoulders back and chest high. True posture isn’t about forcing yourself into a rigid position, it’s about how your body naturally holds itself and moves throughout the day.

Over time, injuries, repetitive postures, and daily habits can cause certain muscles and joints to stop moving as they should, throwing your whole alignment out of balance. Even something as small as a stiff big toe can have a ripple effect through your entire body, impacting your movement, performance, and even causing pain.
