Stiff, weak, or achy feet - or conditions like plantar fasciitis, bunions, or flat feet - can create a chain reaction that affects your whole body.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll discover how to wake up, strengthen, and mobilise your feet so your posture improves, movement feels easier, and aches throughout your body can be reduced.
In the Workshop You’ll:
