Most of us don’t think about our feet - until they start affecting how we move. Stiff, weak, or restricted feet, or common conditions such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, or flat feet, can influence posture, balance, and how the rest of your body organises itself. The way your feet interact with the ground affects how your whole body organises itself, from your ankles to your hips, back, and shoulders. 

This hands-on workshop invites you to explore your feet with curiosity, awaken movement options, and discover how foot mechanics shape the way your whole body moves.

In the Workshop You’ll:

  • Learn how your feet influence posture, balance, and overall movement

  • Explore how old habits, repetitive patterns, injuries or foot-specific issues shape your whole body movement & alignment

  • Practise gentle exercises to restore mobility, strength, and awareness in your feet

  • Gain practical tools to notice and adjust alignment patterns 

  • Experiment with movements you can continue at home to keep your body exploring new options

What to Expect:

This is an interactive, movement-focused session - not just sit-and-listen. You’ll get hands-on guidance, personal feedback, and plenty of time & space to explore and experiment

Small group sizes ensure you get individual attention, helping you feel more grounded, aware, and confident in how your body moves.
