Pain isn’t always caused by the spot where you feel it, it often stems from deeper imbalances in the body. Treating only the painful area might bring short-term relief, but without addressing the root cause, the problem keeps coming back.​
At YB Aligned, I believe in treating the body as a whole, not just the site of pain. By using full-body movement techniques, we restore balance, improve alignment, and address the underlying causes of discomfort, helping you move with ease and strength in everything you do. Many of my clients come to me because they feel stuck - stuck with persistent aches, stiffness, or movement patterns that aren’t serving them. Some are dealing with chronic pain in their knees, feet, or back. Others are recovering from injury or surgery, trying to regain confidence in their movement. And then there are those who simply want to run faster, lift better, or feel more powerful and fluid in their sport or workouts!

I primarily work in-person, from my studio in Saltdean, but also offer online options so you can access expert coaching no matter where you're based. Many of my clients are local to Rottingdean, Saltdean, Telscombe Cliffs and Brighton, but if you’re further afield and want to work together, let’s talk!
